Nope I think they actually help ur cycle. Not sure though

Just asking cause I started taking my vitamins again and I thought maybe its that because I'm getting more vitamins. But I guess its going back to being irregular. I'm ovulating without a period.

Well good thing u r ovulating tho! May e if u keep tracking it u will have better luck at knowing when to have sex
