voting with children

Is it ok to bring children with you when you vote? I will have my 20 month old and 3 year old.. Just want to make sure its ok

Yes ma'am. DD goes with me to the polling place every time. It's a good lesson on civic duty!

I was wondering the same thing... I also lost my voter registration card so I don't know where I'm supposed to go to vote.

Yes it's fine just make sure they aren't running wild and being disruptive. You'll get in trouble.

I went with my dad every time he voted until I was in my teenage years, lol.

A lot of places encourage you to bring your children so they can see the process from early on.

I took my 4 year old with me last time she even got to vote at a kids voting thing they had sit up.

i'll have to bring Kyle. i bring him to annual ones, so it shouldnt matter too much

Dh I go together, so if she is being wild, we can take turns and not disrupt others. We voted early, so we didn't have to wait in line.
