I would not, personally. Although she may seem interested, her little body just physically is not. The digestive system doesn't really mature enough for it all until around 6 months.

Eating her hands could be her trying to soothe herself from the pain of teething. 3 months is still too early to give infants baby food. It's best to wait until at least 6 months; their insides are still developing and aren't mature enough to take on such food. Also, I do hope when you say milk, you mean breast milk or formula, because a 3 month old deeeffffinitely should not be drinking cow's milk.

No. A 3-month-old's digestive system is not developed enough to handle that and feeding them different foods this early makes more likely to develop allergies. Their little digestive systems aren't ready for that kind of food until at least 6months.
And by milk, do you mean formula or breastmilk? She is definitely not old enough to be drinking regular cow's milk.

No no no! Give her more formula of she is hungry. If her body is craving more its for a good reason.... Growth spurt possibly

All she needs is formula. Just keep giving her formula when she wants it. My son started eating 8oz every 4 hours at two months and was on 8oz every three hours by 3 1/2 months and he continued eating that way until he was 6 months old and introduced avocadoes.
She doesn't need anything but her formula until she is 6 months.

Chewing on their hands can be a sign of teething or just exploring new sensations, every baby does it!!
You cannot give a baby food at 3 months, their digestive system is not fully developed and cannot cope with the complexity of solid foods, you will end up giving them an upset tummy, making them constipated or worse. There is a reason why the World Health Organization and any doctor/pedi/midwife recommends you exclusively formula or breastfeed for the first 6 months. If you want to do food the absolute earliest is 17 weeks, and only very small amounts to taste, but even then in my opinion that's too early.
Just up her formula, babies go through growth spurts and will need more formula as they get older, please do not give her food

If she is still hungry offer more formula. That's all you can offer right now
Their digestive system is not developed enough yet and you may cause more
Problems in the Long run
The suggested age for baby foods is 6 months + so wait 3 more
Months
Just because she watches your food doesn't mean she should have it. She is probably putting her hands in her mouth because she is discovering them or little teeth are starting to come through. That's when my son started teething

No. More formula or BM is fine. Unless your pediatrician recommends starting solids early, there's no need. There's a reason they tell you to wait. Enjoy the mess-free feedings while you can. ;)

try burping her more.
ask her doctor if you could try feeding her baby cearl.
p.s. my baby always sucks on her hand & she has done that since birth now only 5 wks, hardly think that is a sign she is ready for other stuff.
