Tablet/iPad for toddlers?

Anyone get a kid-friendly tablet/iPad for you toddler? If so, what kind & where did you get it?

My 2.5 year old loves anything touchscreen so I'm thinking about getting her some kind of kid-friendly tablet for Christmas. I seen one on tv that was made for kids but now I can't remember the website for it.

Toys R Us sent me an email about a new one. I can't remember it's name, but they were promoting it pretty hard, so it's probably all over their website.

My daughter loves angry birds too! And the talking tomcat thing.

I know Leap Frog has something along those lines that teaches them their number and alphabet etc

It's called a leappad.
DD has one, She loves it but she's grown out of it already  
She's 5 though so 2.5 would be the perfect age for it.

I just bought my girls an ipad. lol But my 4 yr old still loves her innotab, ages 3-9 its grouped for. lol

Leappads are borning, my kids never used them at all. Oh I bought my 4 yr old an ipad when she was 2.5 yrs old. We are upgrading it this yr. lol

Thanks! I'll check on the innotab. I don't wanna pay the price for an iPad. My daughter breaks things too easily lol. I might get her one when she's older though.

Leappad and innotabs are the two tablets for kids. They both have good reviews. I found a leappad on a yard sale site brand new in a box for a good price so I got it. But in stores I'm sure I'd of bought the innotab.
