Period, birth control shot?

So im 8 weeks pp and I had a birth control shot at 5 weeks pp.. Last week I started spotting again and having the worst cramps ever! How long will this last? Last time I had the shot I didnt bleed at all..

Only time will tell. You could spot, you could bleed, or you could have nothing.
