thought I was healed :(

it's been 5 weeks tomorrow since my C-section.
since 2 weeks after the C-section I felt completly healed, nothing hurt, my scars healed, no swelling, felt great. up untill today, i've done my same amount of house work at I always do but now my insides at the area of the wound hurts like mad and i feel all swollen! it's awfull.  

That had happened to me, and I realized I had lifted something too heavy. Hurt like an SOB. so I went back to light lifting for some time.
