Friday, i went into the hospitial! my mucus plug came out but my cervix wasnt dialated and they sent me home! Now im always in pain and sleepless

How does that relate? Losing a mucus plug doesn't cause pain. Pregnancy does.
Some people lose their plug many times- it regrows. It's normal and doesn't always mean you are dilating. Even so, dilation doesn't mean labor is coming. You can be 1-3 cm dilated for WEEKS.

that was silly to go in for mucous plug, but to each their own. You'll be pregnant a while longer I'm sure, and you'll be feeling that pain getting worse, it's what pregnancy does!
