My weightloss journey UPDATE(pics)

Okay so I started the 30 day shred 11 days ago. Today I started the 2nd set. I have gone from 135 to 129 ish depending on the time of day with just that and MYFITNESSPAL. Here is my update with pics. Please comment on whether or not you see a change, I need more motivation lol and I need insight from people who don't see me everyday because my hubby is no help!

Day 1- 135 lbs 5'3"

And today Day 10-129lbs
Excuse the last picture, I just showered and I am a mess with no make-up lol. And sorry about the half naked pic overload!!

Keep up the work you are getting some good results. I may have to try out this program in about 2 months after I recover from my c-section.

Its a 30 day workout of roughly 25-30 mins of working out a day. You do circuit 1 for 10 days,2 for 10 days and 3 for 10 days. Its fairly easy as a routine. It gets boring you could say because it becomes repetitive but it works! They even have the full videos on youtube, so no purchase is required.

Thank you. I haven't had it yet I am 33 week with twins and I am scheduled for 11/28 but it is very possible it will be sooner. I can't wait to meet my babies but I also can't wait to be normal again. I love how the work out was able to bring the muscle separation together that it looks like you had when you started. I have not idea what I am going to look like when I pop these babies out but I am sure its not going to be pretty...lol I only gained 33 pounds so far but I am all belly and I know it will take some work to get it back to some normalacy.
