Just wanted to share!

I just started week two of the 30 day shred today. I have to say it's a bit harder for sure!! I have been on a very strict diet with MYFITNESSPAL and I have gone from 135 to 129 in just 10 days!! I will post pictures in a bit I was just really excited about my journey thus far!

I was doing so good on that. I did like 4 days then I started my period lol. I am going to start back up when I am done breast feeding

Yeah I am really sick right now and I have no voice or energy and my husband is mad that I am still trying so hard, but I won't quit. I couldn't do it while BFing though
