Heeelllppp meee!

I'm required to go to this "family dinner" thingy for DH's company. The attire is business casual, and I'm honestly not even sure what that means. I'm a SAHM, so my wardrobe pretty much exclusively includes jeans, Ts, and maxi dresses. So, help me find something to wear?

You could make a maxi work if it's not too cold. It just means a step up from jeans, without being black tie formal. So women should dress classy, do your hair and nails nice, nice shoes.

I have big boobs, so all my maxi dresses show some cleavage. I'd rather be a little more modest.

Layer a maxi dress with a tank underneath to cover the boobs, and take a cardigan in case its cold. You can wear it with cute flats or sandals and you're set.

I'd wear black pants and a nice blouse or sweater.

Depends on how formal the company is too (does DH work in an office or is he a construction worker kind of thing).. if he's more of a blue collar worker, most of the men who show up are going to be in jeans and a nice shirt, and you won't be too out of place with some really great DARK jeans as long as you pair it with awesome shoes and a formal top, and great hair.

Oh, no, he's a drill instructor, so by company I meant like his group of DI's that he works with. I think the guys are supposed to be in their uniforms.

Oh if he has to be in uniform, you might want to wear a dress that's more formal than a maxi, but not like a super fancy one. Or dress slacks and nice shirt.
