I just feel numb.....

Today was suppose to be my twins due date and all I can feel is numbness...I can't cry but I can't be 100% happy.Any ideas of anything special anyone did if they lost a LO?

Firstly sorry for your losses.

I like to light candles when i'm missing my babies, it's a form of lighting up your life when you feel so much darkness.
I've also named my babies. No matter what gestational age.

If you believe in heaven, then you know that when people pass on, they see a light that calls them home. So lighting a candle gives light. Everyday the sun comes up,and when it goes down the moon comes out, it shows there is always light shining down. Which means they are always looking down on you.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing one is hard enough. I can't imagine losing two at once. I think the candle lighting is a wonderful idea. Light a candle and have a moment of silence for your angels. I hope you find peace. <3

I also light a candle, say a prayer, listen to music and celebrate their life, however brief.
It helps to talk about your angels...You're not being reminded they passed but rather they existed.

Get a helium filled balloon and write a message on it and let it go i do that for all my lost loved ones
