I have a fever of 103 & I can't sleep for smurf.

I have no medicine here to take, I can't sleep because I feel so dizzy even laying down...

ugh, I have never felt like this in my life.

Sucks.  

Try taking a luke warm shower to break your fever. Not cold though, that can put you into shock.

Or a cool rag on your forehead..
