It's free. You have to download scrapkits too, and cute fonts if you want those.. You can find a ton of free scrapkits, and there's some you can buy..

is there a thread on here where someone can teach me how to use gimp? I downloaded it last night, and a bunch of free scrap kits.. but I have no idea how to do anything....
