If you look at my most recent topics, I have pictures of what it looks like. It sits on the home screen of my phone to remind me  

I still smoke but I noticed after my doc put me on Wellbutrin for bipolar that I rarely crave cigarettes anymore...its more so just a habit like when I'm driving.

The FDA hasnt approved it as a smoking cessation thats just an off label thing though.
