Dude

My baby shower was flipping awesome! It went by SO fast, and we only played 2 of the 5 games we had planned. More people than i expected came, and we got soo much stuff we needed. She's not gonna need clothes for awhile(hopefully!), and we got a bunch of diapers and wipes.

What was your favorite thing you got at your shower? Mine was this red fleece snowsuit, it was adorable, and SO soft!  

i got a gift certificate to a spa and a box of godivas for MYSELF at my first one. best gift ever   lol

I didn't get anything for me, other than a diaper bag lol
I did get a pretty sweet gift card from my one aunt. I swear, in total, she spent like $200 at least on my gifts. I was touched.

Everything i got at my baby shower i couldn't use and had to return. Why? Because i was told at 19 weeks i was having a boy. I had my shower at 32 weeks. 36 weeks i had another ultrasound and found out i was having a girl....

The only thing i kept and could use was a bottle holder thing.

I gotta say, the best gift I got at my first baby shower was this cute little robe for LO and then hubby's grandma made him 2 blankets and one says his name on it.

my sil spent a bunch of me too. she got us our travel system, sneakers, blankets, little random things...

i was very grateful for all the diapers and wipes....we didnt have to buy either for the first two months after DD was born.

My aunt made me three little blankets to use, they're adorable!

I know. I had a feeling the whole entire time i was pregnant that it was a girl. I had a couple of dreams about having a girl also. The day i went to take that ultrasound as DH & I were walking in, i said wouldn't it be something we come up here and find out its a girl.. I think i stuck my foot in my mouth.lol

She got us two big bags filled with stuff, a playmat, and a gift card. I didn't look at the gift card till i got home, and lady gave us $110 and i was all like   she had literally already gave us a smurf ton, and then that, it was crazy! I was expecting like maybe 25 lol

We wont need dips till she outgrows size 1, we got a bunch! And wipes will last for awhile.

Money. My family knows I love to shop and rather pick it all out myself.
