Being from Louisiana, we eat crawfish with everything. Its def awesome boiled, it's so hard to stop once you start. And sucking the heads is the best part.   try mayonnaise ketchup dip with the tails. Yum.   can't wait until crawfish season! They're less filling than shrimp but so much better, IMO.

Me and my husband had that at the crab pot, too   We got the one with oysters, scallops,crab legs, shrimp... I loved it.

Mmmm, fricken' love crawfish! The taste is hard to describe but sooo good. They have less meat in them than shrimp do. They are boiled w/ seasoning packets & are usually served very spicy w/ corn on the cob & boiled potatoes.

I went to Crawfish King in Seattle near Mariner stadium. That was where I had 2 lbs by myself. That was some kickass crawfish.

SO tasty, but so tedious to eat.
