yeast infections and Uti's

so ive had 2 yeast infections and one UTI im in my second trimester, any advice as to how to prevent these from happening, they are painful and downright gross.

Cranberry juice/supplement and changing undies often to stay dry down there

Unfortunately, it's a vicious cycle. The antibiotics for the UTI can lead to a yeast infection. Make sure you pee after sex and wipe front to back. Avoid bubble baths and drink 100% cranberry juice to improve the health of your urinary tract. As far as the yeast infections go, try acidophilus tablets.

Cranberry supplements work better than juice. More concentrated.
Panty liners can help to keep you dry, change often.
