Ive been told it can take a healthy couple a year to get pregnant but then its a concern after that..

No need to get worried. Dr told me can take up to a year for any normal couple

I don't have any personal experience, but I do know that is very very unlikely that one surgical abortion without complications will cause infertility. Sometimes it takes a healthy couple with no fertility issues 6 months to a year to concieve. It sucks and it's super stressful! I worried from the first month that I wouldn't get pregnant (because of some gynecological issue and family history). We got pregnant on our sixth cycle, and even though it was relatively fast it was still stressful. Best of luck and baby dust!
