Abortion is not a women's rights issue

One of my friend's just posted this on his facebook page.

"Abortion is as much a women's rights issue as rape is a men's rights issue. If anti-abortion laws violate a woman's right to control her body while saving her victim, then anti-rape laws violate a man's right to control his body while saving his victim."
