re: Abortion is not a women's rights issue

From the way I understand it is..the woman is the victim just like the baby is..We cannot tell a woman what to do with her body so we cannot tell a man what do to with his body...OP is that right?

Basically she is saying a women has the "right" to "murder a baby" as much as a man has a "right" to rape. An abortion allows the woman to do what she pleases with her body at the expense of another's body, as rape allows a man to do what he pleaseswith his body at the expense of another's body.

A very stupid argument, since a man doesn't risk his health and life every time he refrains from raping.

If anti-abortion laws violate a woman's right to control her body

AND save her victim (the otherwise aborted fetus),

then anti-rape laws violate a man's right to control HIS body

AND save his victims from being raped.

That's what it means.


And the logic there is completely smurfed up.
