Weird?

I'm almost 4 months post partum. The other day I pitched my nipples, I guess a little too hard because milk started coming out. It was just a little bit, but I'm not even breast feeding. And I got the Mirena IUD two months ago and now I'm bloated & I've started spotting again. And I haven't been feeling well, kinda nauseaus. I've gained some weight too! ugh.. What's wrong with me? I just want my body to go back to normal
