What do you think about Vac's? Poll

posted 3rd Nov
I gave my daughter all her shots at the recommended times. I had complete trust in her doctor. Well with my son we delayed until he was 6 months. Well now that im pregnant again I have been thinking a lot about it. Especially since my best friends infant son had the reaction he had to the shot. (he passed out)

I really think I should delay for AT LEAST a year. What do yall think.

I think it's up to each individual family. Do what you feel is best for them

I think that this is a choice for you to make, not for us to vote on

I don't vaccinate at all.

( was going to just participate in the poll, but that wasn't an option, lol )

That is a choice only you can make. Some will argue the risks of vaccine reactions are too great. Others will argue that the risk of your child becoming I'll because it isn't vaccinated against something that can be prevented is not worth not vaccinating. Only you can decide.

I had no choice- DD is in daycare. But I don't think I would have delayed anyway.

It's a personal choice. We pick and choose which ones we do and we don't do cocktails or more than one shot in a month.

I just dont know what I would do if my child got sick because I didnt give him/her shots & if I did, then something happened I would have kicked myself for not listening to my gut... AND I would never feel comfortable trusting another doctor.

All you can do is research rsearch research, and pick which risk you're willing to take. Because both choices have risks and benefits.

its really a personal choice. We orginally were going to no vac's at all but its really hard here to get into school with out them. we only have medical examption and to get it you have to prove that the child or immediate family memeber has had a life threatening reaction. ( cant prove a child has had one if they never had them ) so we went with delayed till he was a year and then spaced out one at a time ect. ( which they can do it just more expensive to do it that way) we also opt out on the ones he didnt need for school.

I've also been curious about this..... how do your children get into school with no vaccinations ? Where I live they can't go to school without them.

which some states its hard to do. here its only medical and you have to have a history to prove it. so your options are vac or home school
