is it ok to take vitamin C pills / cranberry pills while pregnant?

someone said too much vitamin C while pregnant can make you MC?

yeah they are ok to take. Yes an overdose of vit C pills can cause a Miscarriage.

My midwife suggested that I take 500 mg of Vitamin C and CranActive at one point in my pregnancy.
