Ugh what do I do?!

DD has been asleep since 4:30 and I can't get her up. She's a heavy sleeper (doesn't usually nap) and now I can't get her up! Bed time is 8...

OMG it's like you read my mind. I was literally going to post this exact same thing.
My son doesn't go to sleep any time before 8. If he does, he wakes up a million times before finally settling in to bed an hour or so after we put him down. He usually wakes up at 5:30 and is still sleeping..

Could be a growth spurt. DS does that every couple of months or so.

Probably a growth spurt like the other mama said, or your daughter is just really tired. lol

She's 4 do they still sleep a lot during growth spurts at that age?
