It's one thing to have unfortunate circumstance happen when you already have children

Umm... being pregnant means you already have a child. That child might be growing inside her, but it is very real to her. Just like when I was pregnant my child was very real to me and already very much a part of my life. You're talking about very permanent solutions to temporary circumstances.

Say what? That wasnt crappy. She asked a question. I answered. I didnt tell her to give her child away. I could survive without my mom. I have for the last 4 yrs. My mom is just making sure if somethig happened that would be taken care of.

DH and I moved over 20 times in the 9 months I was pregnant.
DD is turning two next month, and we're still trying to find a stable home.

Wow. So, this isn't an abortion thread, and I'm pretty sure that you don't have the right to try to make people feel like smurf because of their actions, just because they aren't the ones you would take. That was really disrespectful.

smurf happens. Not everyone has a happy, easy, blessed life. I hate when people sit on their high horses and kick other's when they're down

Again, wow. Are you pregnant? Your hormones must be up, cause you keep coming up with the most bitchy things to say. She didn't say she was depending on her mother's life insurance, she only said that if worse came to worse, she had that option.

I don't agree with people living off the governent when they are capable of working. Pregnancy is not a crippling disease- and whoever brought up CPS is right. You are homeless and pregnant- you have few options.
Stick it out with your smurffy in-laws while you get a job, move out once youve saved up enough to, and file for child support as soon as the baby is born. or, you can move back home and have support, love, and family surround you and your child.
