how long would it take

.to lose 15lbs? with healthy eating/ elliptical everyday.

You could probably lose weight in about 2 months. Eliptical every other day along with a little bit of weight training a few days a week. I wouldn't do the Eliptical everyday as your body needs recovery time. Then eating 5-6 times a day with around 1500 calories will up your metabolism

yeah that and walking, I work from 7-3 everyday then have to study when I get home, plus have a 3 year old.. it's so hard to find time to work out, and if i go to an actual gym I'd never get to see DD.

I just didn't eat smurf food. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I tried to cut down on my carbs. And if I wanted something bad for me, I would have it, just in moderation.

I used my fitness pal to keep track of my caloric intake. It is so helpful. It really helps you see how many calories you can pack on without realizing it. I also did a Visalus shake every morning. That's how I kept my calories low enough.

You can eat whatever you want!  You just need to make things in healthier versions of those foods.

Just eat well. Can you do some small weights at home? If I do the same work out every day my body platues and nothing happends. I'm blessed when it comes to time but I know it can get hard to do more that whats available at home. GL!!

I have 5 and 10lb weights at home so I could do those as well, I just figured the elliptical would work better in the areas that I'm wanting to lose it. But toning would be nice too so I'll give it a try. Thanks!
