Insanity

Has anyone here done insanity before? My SIL and I decided to be work out buddies and do it together. We're going to be starting next week and I'm looking for any advice from mommas who have done it before or are doing it now.

I did it for about 8 weeks. Be ready for 45 minutes of straight cardio. Your body will hurt for at least 3 or 4 days after the first couple times you do it. That means youre doing it right so don't quit!

SOOOO worth it!! I started out at 186 my first round and lost 25lbs. I did it again then P90X2 and I am currently 139! I am doing round #3 starting Monday. I LOVE it!!
