birth after a 3rd degree tear

i had quite a bad birth with my daughter where they did a ventouse but i was left with a really bad third degree tear i just wondered if anyone had a natural birth after having a tear and were they ok ??

I had an awful 4th degree tear, 163 stitches. With my second, I was horrified of it happening again.I ended up needed like 13 stitches. It was easy! Don't worry!

thanks i am petrified i had 136 stitches and i was offered a c section but i dunno which scared me more x
