Honestly, a healthy diet and exercise.

Ive tried lipozene and it helped get the first 10 off quickly, but you still have to excercise

It's been proven that anyone weight that you lose while taking a pill generally comes right back after stopping that pill

The only healthy way to permanantly lose weight is to change your lifestyle, eat healthy, and exercise.

Adipex is really good too...you have to have a script. It gave me bad headaches but it works!

They all have risks, and few are really worth it.

Eating right and exercise WILL work. If it doesn't, then there is a medical problem and you'll want to get it figured out, not mask it with pills.

Also, pills don't teach you to eat right, so you'll likely gain any weight back afterwards. It's better to lose it slower and learn how to eat right.

It's not for sale on military installations anymore and some places like GNC at certain locations took it off the shelf. The reasoning behind that was because some idiot took like 4 pills at one time and had a heart attack and died. You can't abuse the stuff....lol

Oh dang that is awful! But yeah, its important to never overdose on stuff like that. I think as long as you follow the directions you'll be just fine.

I haven't ever tried it, what was you experience using it?
