re: Has anyone had their tonsil's taken out?

I was 19, no problems except the Tylenol 3's they gave me for afterwards gave me really bad constipation  
I was really only laid up in bed the day of (I got them out at like 7 in the morning) and the following day. However, I didn't eat solids for about a week after, though most of the pain was gone by the day 5, I was just nervous. I went back to work 8 days after getting them out.
