I had a rash for the first few months that we couldn't get to go away no matter what we tried. Turns out I was reacting to things differently and had to switch my body washes and lotions to unscented stuff. I've been fine ever since

Well, it could be PUPPPs, or cholestasis of pregnancy. Have you tried any creams or lotions to relieve it? If nothing helps, you should probably call your doctor on Monday.

Honestly it could be something as simple as changing your laundry detergent. I would try a benedryl cream or something similar, but you might want to look at what scents are coming into contact with your skin and maybe try taking one out at a time to figure out what could be causing it.

Anytime I get itchy rashes I use clotrimazole cream. It's amazing - stops the itch and clears up the rash.

I have tried the Palmers tummy butter and coco butter lotion(I've had the lotion for awhile so I dot think its that) and we stayed at a bed and breakfast mon&tues and I used the body wash they had there. I'm hoping its the body wash because I love that tummy butter and will be super bummed if I have to stop using it  we have an appt Monday so if it sticks around all weekend I will def be asking him!! Should I leave it alone? Like not put any lotions on it for the next few days? I've been afraid to put anything on since it showed up

Oh, yeah, it could be the B&B soap.

the only confusing part to me is i used that soap ALL over my body..not just my chest and tummy?? I've ALWAYS used Bath and Body Works lotions-which we all know are scented lotions and never had any type of reactions. I suppose maybe the BBW lotion but with my screwed up pregnancy skin it's reacting now???

Hey I know this is an old issue for you now, but I've been having bad itching on my breasts and under my belly where it meets the pubic area. There is a bit of redness but nothing totally visible, unless I scratch then it gets red. How do you tell if it's PUPPP or just a heat rash?

After the gal on here mentioned it I just googled PUPPPS and looked at pics. It got so bad I called the dr and had to get in ASAP. I was starting to bleed where I was scratching:/ he put me on an awesome cream that cleared it up in a day!!!

Oh Wow! Thats great! What was it like in the beginning for you? I put hydrocortizone on it and it doesn't stop the itching completely but made it a little numb kinda. It is kinda pink, and looks like bumps.. but I cant see too well. Does it only happen on stretch marks?? Cause I don't have any yet. 27 weeks here.

It stared under my boobs and moved down my tummy and to the top of my thighs and down my arms. It was pink little bumps like little pimples or hives. I used hydrocortisone too and it covered it for maybe 4 hrs tops. I didn't Even have any on my lower tummy where my stretch marks. In certain spots it was like a cluster of hives like raised up and kinda rough like dry skin.
