Sounds like they need to wash their dicks better/more often to clean all that trapped smurf from underneath the skin.

It's not enough percentage to be worth the risk. It's based on studies that are not relevant. And condoms aren't hard to use...

There is more informative information out there. This article is not entirely correct.
I was reading how the %'s are off because of people NOT practicing safe sex.

Is that even true though? Because men don't have like, enough "breast" to cut off, and they can still get breast cancer

Yes it is called a mastectomy,it is often used to treat breast cancer. It is one way that they treat it in men as well as in women. Along with other forms of treatment

"Some women with a strong family history of breast cancer may also consider the option of preventive mastectomy– removing their healthy breasts when there is no sign of cancer– in an effort to reduce the risk of the disease. "-www.liv.com

seems odd that the 89% of Australian men that are still intact aren't dying in the streets of STD's and the rest of us haven't conked out from cancer yet then isn't it. Strange that these statistics only seem to be relevant to American men ... maybe learning not to have unprotected sex with hookers and how to clean your dick should be compulsory high school classes in the USA.
