For dinner I had 2 hard boiled eggs sliced with salt and pepper refrier beans 1 cup of salad with fat free dressing a flour tortilla and a cup of milk

Its fine, but if you're wanting to cut back fat (assuming so, since you use fat free salad dressing) then have green beans instead of refried beans and water instead of milk.

eggs are awesome, substitute a whole wheat tortilla for a flour, and skim milk or water, and watch your portion with the beans, they have tons of fat..

Try eating salsa on your salad! Even low fat salad dressings aren't very good for you! I got on a kick of eating salad with black beans (protein) corn and salsa. It's actually really good! Just a thought if you were looking for easy healthy meal ideas!

If you are just starting out eating healthy, the changes you've made are great. I think it's best to work yourself into it instead of just changing 100%. Otherwise you will end up craving those bad things again and caving for something 10x worse than "refried beans" or "salad dressing"
