Im a stroller obsessed mama! if you're looking for something lightweight that has the option of bassinet look into the Quinny zapp xtra, the maxi cosi foray is also very nice a bit more bulky. Go to Albeebaby.com they have all kinds of strollers for way less prices. My advice on the Simmons would be to test drive it first.

yup it comes with the bassinet! I would also get the graco car seat adapter. You can get this for your toddler to stand on
