Fever and urgent care

At what point would you go to the urgent care for a fever if you couldn't get in to a doctor? I'm breastfeeding(if it makes a difference) and have taken both tylenol and ibuprofen. My fever is still 103(was 104) and accompanied by a headache, sore neck and slight dizzyness/confusion. If you were me, would you go in?

With those symptoms I would actually go to the ER because they might wanna do some further testing.

alright, thanks. That's what I was afraid of. I called the nurse's line and she didn't seem concerned, but I thought I should go in.
I don't have a sitter for LO for another hour. Hopefully I can find someone to come now.

I can't find anyone to watch DD. My mom and grandma both think it isn't serious and I don't need to go in.

How are you feeling? Did you get to go in?

Sometimes you can just have a stiff neck because you are sore but I rather not risk it, I like to be safe rather than sorry. My family always think I exaggerate but I have been right about mine and my son's health 90% of the time. Follow your gut feeling, if you really feel like you should go I would.

Idk if you should take your daughter though...

Good to know, take lots of Vit C and drink plenty of fluids, hope you feel better soon.
