quick/easy/cheap

I'm in charge of my families shopping and meal planning/cooking, and I'm trying to plan a few weeks worth of diners before i go shopping tomorrow. What's your favorite cheap easy meal? Need ideas and new recipes to try! Thanks in advance!!!

Feeding 3 adults and a toddler, we like to have left overs for lunches the next day, and occasionally have guests for dinner. We've just been eating the same things week after week and spending way too much money..
