ways on how to start contractions

i'm trying to start contractions i'm 37 weeks and my baby is really hurting me to the point i don't wont to do my school work or get up that much... i know doing squats and walking up and down stairs can help but what else can help me start contractions... i've been hurting since i was about 30 weeks and i said i was going to wait at least till my baby was term that way he would be fully developed and ready for the outside world without being in the hospital due to not being fully developed....

Unfortunately, there isn't anything to do. If your body isn't ready, it's just not ready. You are almost there, hang in there!

Pregnancies are 40 weeks for a reason. We are all uncomfortable but please quit trying to hurry up the process. Your baby needs all the time it can get.

nothings going to put you into labour until the baby is ready.. you could still have another month to go technically..

No not really. Your body will only do what it is ready to do. I mean you can help it along by having sex (sperm softens the cervix) and walking, squats etc...but nothing will happen unless your body says so. Sorry momma

You might not be 37 weeks though, due dates can be off.
Even if you are, my cousins baby was born at 37 weeks and a few days and her son had to stay in the NICU for 3 weeks. Do you really want to take that chance?
Maybe you're not trying to be selfish, but you are. Period.

I understand you - I want baby out now! But I still have a week to go until I am term. I have been having BP issues and I am damn scared for my own health as this pregnancy goes on. I know my baby is well though   I really don't think there is anything that can start contractions though... Sorry.
