That sucks . I want to move to a bigger city to and cant because of the agreement i have with my BD, mind you its not legal but im being respectful.. Doesnt it feel like they are sumwhat contorling our lives *sigh*

there's no somewhat about it. He's controlling my life. OUr entire marriage we looked at houses where i work. I drive an hour to work... we planned to move here. But.. he fought for divorce papers to say thekids stay in their school.. even though he went to school there and always said it's a horrible school and he didn't want his kids there.

we have 50/50 custody, and it's horrible on the kids. I offered him primary during the school year for more stability.. he turned it down because that would mean I could move closer to work. He'd have more time with the kids, and I'd pay him child support.. but he still said no because he'd rather control me.

I know how you feel I think I still love my ex but I ended things and he's a douche bag... I'm having a hard time because the only guy I like and am falling for is someone who don't want a relationship ever again

I have a date in.. an hour and a half!!   It's totally random. I had given up talking to any guys. My friend called me probably a little over a week ago? Something like that. And was telling me about this guy she works with. She said everytime she looks at him or talks to him she thinks about me lol. So she talked to him about me, and he added me on Facebook, and texted me   So far, so good! He has a good job, he's educated, and going back to school in March. He's close with his family, doesn't drink, doesn't do drugs. He has full custody of his little girl. She is a doll!! He's also capable of having an intelligent, deep conversation with me. I love that.

We're going to dinner and a movie. Wish me luck!!   I'm so excited!

wish things werne't so complicated with him.

he spent almost $800 on me and my kids for christmas... when my ex was smurffy.... even offered to marry me to get me free legal help through army. But.. when I ask if he'd consider staying if they offered to extend his contract here.. he said no without hesitation. He hates MN, would never stay. I dont' get him.... and everytime I think we can move foward... he says something like that.

I never know if we could be something great or if I'm just holding back because I know we're limited.

a year next month.

doesn't feel like a year. haha.. maybe because we've broken up a few times.. though we never really stayed away from each other.

I understand MN sucks. Really.. I HATE that I'm here. but... is it wrong to think that love should overcome that stuff?

it hurts more.. because all my relationships end because of where I live.

also... chances are.. he can't stay here. I'd never let hin quit the army to be with me. But.. hurts to hear he wouldn't consider staying if they offered it.. especially knowing it's highly unlikely they would.

he was with his last girlfriend for 5 years. The only reason they dind't get married was because she woudlnt' amrry him if she woudlnt' buy her a $10K ring
