Anyone order off of bath and body works?

i have ordered 3 times now and my orders keep getting cancelled. i even deleted a card and put on a different card in thinking maybe it wasn't the right number or something but it was correct. i have ordered before and gotten my items so what is going on right now? i know i have money in my account so that's not a problem, the last order i used my debit card and it was even taken out and then they sent a message saying it was cancelled and they will refund the money? i don't get it! anyone have this problem? i did email them right now.

I would contact the customer service line and see what the issue is they maybe out of stock or having issues with there computers

I've never had a problem ordering from them.
