F@cking over his smurf.

I'm tired of BD not paying...I'm tired of it. I've been nice and quiet for 4 months now, but now I'm thinking about throwing him back in court. Seriously I'm done with this smurf. He has not paid one dime since 6/6/12, and they are just now suspending his license on 11/5/12. Florida f@cking sucks. They had to pretty much squeeze that June payment out of him. The time befor that, I got a payment ONLY because, they locked him up for non payment. What an smurf he is. No good dead beat motherf@cker.

Conans father tried not paying.. they took his license away and he learned his lesson lol now hes got two kids he has to pay for.. (my son and one with someone else) its only a matter of time before he sees the local jail

I used to live in Florida and they've got some effed up laws regarding childcare and child support anyway. I wish you luck with your endeavor though, I know it sucks.

I don't count on child support. I actually believe I make more money than him. It's the principle of the matter I bet for the OP.

OMG right    I know this girl who gets $600 a month for child support for her son and she is pregnant and due in december. Her fiancee now doesn't have a job. She's always complaining that she has zero money... I'm like uhh, get a job, maybe?

You can't make someone who doesn't want to be a parent, a parent. Emotionally or financially.

He's never done anything for her. He takes care of the children he has with his wife, making sure they have everything they want. But nothing at all for his first born. Doesn't even see her, which doesn't matter now. She doesn't want to see him. I live paycheck to paycheck. I'm just over his smurf. I'm over the way Florida is taking there sweet ass time doing anything to him.

So true. Unfortunately you also can't get their rights taken away easy, even when they don't want to be involved. My current battle...

Do you have a job? It's hard to tell someone in different shoes what to do.

As I said before, a lot of us mommas don't get it and don't expect it. But it doesn't mean the OP doesn't have the right to feel the way she does.
