My daughters sperm donor is suing me.what can he sue me for ?
he chooses not 2 spend time with my daughter.he chooses not to take care of her.he chooses not to give money for her.he weas neva there at hospital wen she had seizures.or even at a simple ass drs appt.
can someone help me?his hoes call threatenin to whoop my ass & take my baby.he cusses me out and the more i ignored it the more worst shit gets

Record the threatening phone calls and don't worry about it. The only way that he can take your child is if he proves you to be unfit.

Document Document document everything they say on the phone, emails whatever. Why is he suing you?

well thats kinda stupid... keep a record of any threatening calls or letters well anything.

it should say right in the papers what he's suing for.

What does it say? Is he asking for custody?

At this point you both have the same rights. You need to contact attorney generals office and get a custody order NOW, without it you cannot tell him he cannot do anything.

it wouldnt be endangerment to a child bc he may not have known he had. You would have to prove he was trying to hurt the baby and even then i twould be hard. plus you participated in the act which would make you partly to blame. but with all the other stuff he is doing it sounds like you have some good stuff on it just get it documented

thats the thing ..when i told him i was pregnant he denied her.tried to force to get an abortion.had females try to fight me.
things were terrible .then when i was 5 months we got things straightned out and everything was.i had the std my whole prgnancy and from the time i was 22 weeks i had to go in at least 3 times a month to get my labor stopped.

i was just looking up about it and some people told they could say its child endanger ment cuz my daughter now has seizures cuz of the std.
