17 day diet...

Anyone do it?

My mom did it and lost 10 pounds.

I like my whole grain pasta but I think my weight loss needs a kick start.

Has anyone done 30 DS and 17 day diet at the same time?

My mom has surgery tomorrow so I am thinking I will start something next week.

If I don't do them at the same time should I do the 17 day diet first and then 30 DS or vice versa?

I lost 50lbs on 17 day diet.

Probably about 4 months and I have the book. They have a recipe book now too.  

You stick to a strict meal plan only veggies proteins and some fruit.

That is a long time, but I don't like mashed potatoes or bread really anyway. I just don't know what I will do without my cereal.

I lost over 50 lbs on that diet about 8 years ago. I'm thinking of doing it again because I kinda let myself go and it's been really rough on me emotionally.
