Leg cramps when pregnant

Ok I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I'm having cramps in my thigh on th left leg all the time and this happened with my first baby too but I never asked anyone what it could be so could anybody give me some advice on what they know about it?

sciatic nerve pain is normal.. i have it. maybe thats what it is

During pregnancy it's usually caused by a calcium deficiency. Add some extra calcium and they should stop after a few days

Drink more water. Sometimes not being hydrated enough causes them.

Could be this too since its in your thighs
