It will come back Abnormal for HPV cervical cancer....not HPV Genital Warts.

If genital warts are suspected but are not obvious, the doctor or nurse may apply a weak vinegar-like solution to the genital area; this turns any warts white and makes them more visible. To check for hidden genital warts, the doctor may carry out an internal examination of the vagina, cervix and/or anus.
If a person suspects they have been exposed to HPV, but does not yet have symptoms, their doctor may be able to take a swab to test for high-risk strains of the virus (this isn't available in all countries). In women, this may be performed alongside a cervical Pap smear test (see below).
Not everyone diagnosed with HPV will develop warts, and patients may be asked to come back for another examination at a later date if nothing is yet visible.

To know if these are genital warts, you need to consider these typical symptoms associated with the viral condition. Genital warts typically grow within and around the male or female genital. These abnormal outgrowths are rough in texture and tend to lump together to form a cauliflower-like tissue mass. The condition is normally accompanied by itchiness and dryness. Although the viral infection has no cure, it can be controlled with proper genital warts treatment.

I don't have any of these issues and this thread freaked me out >.<
Um I did on the other hand when I was in high school a few years back, have a skin tag not in the crease but an inch or two down from the crease of my thigh, (on my thigh at the time the rubber together lol) it was from rubbing and over time got annoying, so I cut it off with a razor. I know that particular one was a skin tag. But multiple like that would scare me to death. Good luck. Even though it does sound like genital warts from what I've heard read, and seen in pics. It could very well be hormones like the other women said hope the apt went well.

Don't mean to alarm or offend but this is exactly what I thought too. Nothing to be ashamed about. Get it checked out by your doctor

Well I'd like to know what test that is? I have heard straight from the doctor with my own ears saying that there is no test for Genital Warts. The only way they know you have them is if they see them. That is why it is such a widespread disease...because you can have them for years and not have an outbreak and if you get a STD test it will not show up. I have HPV/Genital Warts, was diagnosed with it a little over 2 years ago. I had a STD test earlier this year, and it did not show up on that test....and I am currently pregnant and have had a STD test and FULL pelvic exam & Pap Smear through my OB/Gyn and it didn't show up on that test either. I'm not just saying all this and talking out of my ass here, I have experience with it.

I think you're wasting your time... some people fail to see things, i've had HPV... mines "dormant" they say... I haven't had any warts and paps been coming back clean, but I fully get what you are saying... it's just some people freak out about HPV when really there is nothing to freak out about, it's not good to have, and there is no cure, but you can protect yourself by getting your regular paps.
