I had wart like things down there my first pregnancy. My Dr told me it happens to some pregnant women due to so much hormones and they would go away after having my son. Which they did. My friend had the same thing and they went away as well

What causes skin tags during pregnancy: Skin tags are caused by hyperactive growth of a superficial layer of skin. I have a few to. Don't worry ppl are just rude. I have two skin tags down next to my leg. Between leg an lips. Dr. Has been down there alto recently an hasn't said nothin even asked an its normal. So don't stress.

OP you really should make an appointment with your Dr.

Who exactly was being rude? I haven't seen a single even remotely rude comment here. She was wondering, people gave their opinions or experiences. 

I had a skin tag like 3 weeks ago under my armpit from out of no where but i kinda plucked it off myself it was tiny didnt hurt n didnt bleed much so yeah like another mom said it could be caused by pregnancy it sounds better than genital warts and hemerroids bcuz with hemerroids you usually get them with pressure in pregnancy but ask your ob

Sounds like genital warts to me too go to the ob or clinic to get it checked out

I'm sure hey are skin tags, but I will schedule an ob appointment just to make sure. I was tested for HPV during my 1st appointment, and then blood testing as well and everything came back negative.

They could still be Genital Warts....there is NO TEST for HPV/Genital Warts....the only way they know if you have them is if they look and see them. And there is no cure for them. I would ask your doctor about it ASAP and get an exam, Just in case they may not be skin tags.

Also....pregnancy causes genital warts to become active...People could have them for years and not even know...And since there is more moisture down there when pregnant and your immune system is lower, they tend to show up if you are infected with the virus. It is possibly that there were no growths when you were checked at your 1st appointment. I'M NOT SAYING YOU HAVE THEM. I am just telling you facts. So you are aware of them. I would have your OB or doctor take another look to rule it out.

It will come back abnormal then they will do another test to determine whether or not you have it. There's no test for men... but there is for women.

Yes I have....but if there are no growths at the time of the Pap, the doctor would not know...Genital Warts does not show up on a Pap Test. Like I said, the only way the doctor would know is if they are visible at the time of the Pap Smear.
