I thought if I sit here for a few minutes and it happens again when i stand up I will at least call the doctor...

kinda gross but I thought I felt wet so I went back into the bathroom and smelled the pad...it stinks but it was only the lightest bit wet...Idk I am confused

It definitely sounds like your water broke. I would recommend at least calling your Dr and telling him/her about it see what he/she says. I almost lost my first because I wasn't aware of my water breaking, and contractions never started.

Call your ob and go to l&d

I'd lay down for 15-20 mins then walk around to see if it happens again. Then go to L&D and they'll test for amniotic fluids. Mine started leaking at like 8 am and then fully broke at 1 in the morning the next day.

My water broke with my second. But I had no contractions. It was a slow leak and only happened when I sat and pushed a little like trying to pee or sitting down and leaning my body back a little.

I am having a hard time telling because if I do go into the restroom I can easily pee...so I don't know if there is amniotic fluid. I haven't soaked a pad or anything

Just go into L&D...they'll test you. Easy as that and you'll know for sure.

Just go in and get checked  

I called the doctor and she said go in... so I am headed that way

I don't know why I didn't notice before but ur due dates tomorrow!! Lol id bet my mortgage right now ur water broke!!!

Haha my water broke day before my due date with my last baby, he was out 1 hour later   goodluck and congrats!!!

Mine was clear with no smell...I wasn't having contractions at all...called my doc and they told me I needed to get checked right away (we lived an hour away) but they also said that at 24 hours of your water being broke they do an emergency c section because of infection for me and baby...I would definitely go get checked!

It wasn't my water...nurse told me the doctor lied I wasn't a 1 on Monday because I am barely a fingertip now...very upset. Not only no progress but now we went backwards

so sorry to hear that!! is it possible your cervix closed some?? how accurate do you think your due date is ? maybe it's off a little.

I can pretty much tell you the day I got pregnant...like 99% sure because we were trying to conceive and I had marked the start of my period on the calendar...Just very upset that there is no progress. The nurse also told me that I may not get induced on tuesday because they are really really busy and inductions just aren't happening
