I want to quit so bad. I'm about to be 20 weeks on friday & its so hard. My family encourages me. Everyone does I just can't seem to do it.

I've had ONE cigarette in the past four hours. Which is REALLY good for me. lol.

WELL, I AM A LOSER!

I smoked 1 cig. one Friday when I found out the D.A> let that fucking asshole go free. Then since being put on my meds for my array of personal problems....I have smoked 2 cloves in the past 3 days.

Now this means I have to start my clicker ALL OVER AGAIN! It just pisses me off SOOO much!

I don't want to tell my husband becasue then he may not think ke'll be able to do it either. I also don't want him to be disappointed in me.

What should I do.

I am ..... just really disappointed in myself.
I was strong for so long then BAM! I suck

I'm 31 weeks pregnant, Unfortunately getting pregnant wasn't on the list of things to do yet!!!
I actually found out in october i was pregnant because i went to re-fill my chantix!! Go figure! I was down to like 2 cigs a week, therefore could have easily stopped, and didn't...
Now 31 weeks later im back to a pack a day! /=

I reallllllllllllly need to quit. Like IMMEDIATELY

My doctor is sooo stupid! I've asked many times, and they keep saying
it's worse on your health to be stressed, but yet they keep telling me i need to quit?
They're ridiculous. If i hadn't been going there since day 1 i'd seriously switch docs. /=

Smoking didnt effect the way i ate...i actually lost weight when i stopped

Well, I tripped up for about 2 1/2 weeks and started smoking again! I suck....
Either way, I am going to start Karate so I think I'll be able to stay quit THIS time!

Thats how i am! bc i hate the way my mouth tasted after i smoked, i had to eat something!
