Smoking during pregnancy is very dangerous. So please quit smoking, it also effects your child health. Try to motivate yourself to quit smoking, self motivation is very important!!

I have been trying to quit for two weeks...I will go 2 or 3 days straight without one, then break down and smoke a few...I am just a horrible bitch when i don't smoke. I know I can do it, I just wonder if there is something that can help me with the habit part. The lack of nicotine doesn't really bother me, it is the habit of the cigarette in between my fingers etc. It is a routine for me and I am having a hard time shaking this. Does that Chantix really work? I tried the gum and it just gave me heartburn...

you could try using the fake cigarettes, they work great if you like one inbetween your fingers, plus they give off real looking smoke so its basically tricking your brain, or you could use a nicorette inhayler thing same as a fake cigerette without the smoke and the look of it

If you can force yourself to not smoke for 48 hours you can stop forever. During that whole 48 hours you have to constantly be putting a spoonful of Noni juice under your tounge every certain amount of time. If you are interested in learning the method feel free to message me. The noni fruits contains some properties that give you the feeling of nicotine but in a more natural and healthy form that isn't addicting.

I have been smoke free for 4 days ladies! I started using the nicotine patches and they seem to help. I haven't had the urge for a cigarette. I just keep a pen handy to help me with the actual habit of flicking a cigarette lol. I haven't even had one puff off of one   This is the longest I have went without a cigarette in the 8 1/2 years I have smoked! So happy for myself! Staying motivated  . Does anyone know where I can get the ticker that tracks how much money you save and how much you save on your life and how many cigs I haven't smoked? I have looked online everywhere and cant find one to put on my bg page

Totally depends on your intention to quit it.If you want to stop smoking, you can make small changes to your lifestyle that may help you resist the temptation to light up.Always think positive. You might have given up before, but tell yourself that you’re really going to do it this time.

I quit the second I found out I was pregnant. I usually smoked 1 1/2 pack a day I was that bad, but I did it cold turkey! It's been 12 weeks since I had a smoke, but my mood has been INSANE! I'm always angry, stressed out about any little thing, and constantly crying. I'm worried about the stress I'm putting on my baby. Before getting pregnant smoking helped relieved my stress now I'm having all these dreams about smoking. Women I know tell me they smoked while pregnant after a meal and their babies came out healthy. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Stressed & confused!

I use to chain smoke I was 100% addicted in love and did not want to stop cus I loved it. But I got pregnant and I read all the bad things and I had to stop yes I cheated and smoked 2 during my pregnancy because of stress n drama but advice to help you quit would be # your baby first . Of course u love ur baby there r chances you can loose them or many others. That should be your #1 reason # eat bananas it will help . Google it it really helps . Chew gum do everything possible .

1 year after I had my son I started again slow at first them feeeening it.
But honestly I didn't have money to buy them so I couldn't smoke them lol .

If u can't stop at all try this.
If you smoke a whole one every time smoke half every time for that day
Then smoke less than half and continue to smoke less and less till u don't crave it
