Yeah, our two party system is smurfed. We're getting farther and farther from the vision that the founding fathers had for this country... it's sad.

As long as corporate fat cats are running our elections, we'll continue to get the candidates they tell us to vote for.

I think republicans are a dying breed. The younger generation is socially liberal and we're going to be forced into fiscal responsibility since our parents and grandparents screwed us over so badly.

I'm pretty sure that's what I was saying. I responded to a poster who said bill Clinton was a mess in office, and he wasn't. He was a very effective president, to be honest, if given the option I would elect him for a third term!

I agree with you on the republican issue. The party as a whole is starting to sound like the grandpa you love dearly but are afraid to take out in public because he's constantly insulting everyone with his viewpoints. I'm talking more from human rights stance than economic though.

my hubby's and my dad's start with the same 3... but chronologically mine comes before my moms. hubby and I were born at the same hospital in the same year and our first 3 are different, but not by much. our son was born at the same hospital 19 years later, and his number is way different than ours. I dont understand the ssn system, but I assume they have rules for who gets which number and when...
