Birthing Plan

Did any of you ladies write one out?
My midwife wants me to, I did look at an example one online and kind of went off of that. If so, please share what you wrote in your birth plan, if you don't mind.

i did with my first, but it doesn't go as planned anyway. with my 2nd i called myself wanting an epidural and didn't need it at all.

I took one off of the internet.
-No epesiotomy (sp?),
-no epidural,
-anyone can be in my laboring room but only dh can be in the room during the delivery,
-stay in the hospital as long as needed,
-students can come during laboring/amd after birth




There was more but I cant think of the rest. Hope this helps.

Thanks ladies! I know not everything goes as planned but I'm hoping some of the things I want to happen will happen. Like as far as, keeping people out that I want out, being able to push in different positions, being able to have soft music playing, etc.

My hospital that i'm delivering at has a form with a birth plan on it to fill out and the doctor has to sign off on it and I turned it in, there are some pretty good ones online but for the most part the doctor's going to do what they need to do, just be verbal and tell them what your not comfortable with but if it has to be done they will do it lol
